    Thanks for sharing. That is absolutely terrifying. It’s a special kind of evil that the notification of the fine happens so late so that people get locked out of their accounts.

      Yes this is a known tactic of repression here. Journalist of civil.ge experieced this herself.
      I find also especially notable that for any evil this is out there almost every time it is related to Kremlin one way or another, or getting endorsement or practical help from Ruzzian genocidal empire.
